Not unenjoyable but a lot of sloppy lapses in the second book. As if the author forgot what they had said in the first book, or figured it didn’t serve her vision anymore so changed it without thought of story continuity. 
Also the whole series seems to loosely rip off of TOG. 
I really want to say it’s good, but the story and writing are just all over the place. 
It’s still a fun read, but don’t expect anything groundbreaking.
