Daisy's cancer has returned and she has months to live if that.  

Her primary concern is who is going to look after her husband when she is gone.  So she decides she needs to find the right woman to replace her. 

The last chapter is from her husbands Jack perspective.  My eyes welled up, I felt sad, but also hopeful.
