‘The Black Cat’ is a short paranormal book that I found on amazon for free! I didn’t have much expectations going into the book and I was surprised about how much I enjoyed it. The writing was well-done and I loved the mysteries of the hotel. One complaint I do have for the book is the two main characters. I kind of disliked both of them and didn’t really care what happened to them. I did like how everything was explained in the end and it felt natural. Some of the scenes in here are actually pretty spooky and don’t hold back. I would recommend to check this one out as it is definitely worth the read!
