This was one of the better thrillers I have read. I say that as someone who usually rates thrillers really low or DNF’s them because of how illogical I find them to be. While there were several overly dramatic and eye roll worthy moments, this story overall held my attention and wasn’t completely out of the realm of possibility. The MC almost ruined it for me though. She was a really hard pill to swallow. She was very narcissistic, unstable, and insecure about literally everything. I had a really hard time reading from her POV because she was so insufferable. I do like that everything came together and there was a satisfying ending. I also like how none of the characters were who they seemed to be initially. This book was very much just an okay read for me, but I can understand why so many people love it!
