It's always a pleasure reading Becky Chambers. I'm a massive sci-fi nerd and have studied physiology and biological sciences for years, and Chambers weaves real science and futurism together with ease. If you're the kind of person who dreams about the universe and gets a bit teary at the thought of the infinite possibilities, this is the book for you.
Seeing queer and trans characters just existing without it being the focus brought me such joy.
My copy also had the interviews with Chambers and her mum which I adored!!
