I like this book overall. I felt like the characters were interesting and the setting provided for a lot of good development. It was a bit jarring to understand the time jumps at first as it would go into the future and then back into the past. My incredibly nitpicky comment is that the book chronicles when and where they are and all I could think about when I read those was the historical context of what somebody in 1870s Massachusetts would be experiencing and I feel like it took me out of the magical experience.
I was a little confused about how Celia and Marco became ghosts (not ghosts) at the end, if they're still even there. The ending was just a little confusing to me
