Update Feb 21 2023: I still enjoyed. I might be it down to a 4 because the spice wasn’t as spicy as I wanted it to be, but I did like everything else.
The conflict still gutted me when she found out about everything. And He definitely grovelled good, for me. I also forgot that she is a food critic instead of a lawyer, like I had thought. But I think this book world be my first and only book, where one of the MCs is a food critic.

I’m not gonna lie I didn’t think I was gonna like this, but I’m glad I gave this a try. This was surprisingly great. I love their dynamic together and I love how he fell 1st. I don’t think the synopsis does it any justice. This book was great 😊
