I had heard about this story in an ad for a tv show called “Crimes that shook Australia” and only recalled Katherine Knight being the first woman to be sentenced to life imprisonment. But this book goes into the full details of her life from her childhood to present-day. The author does a brilliant job of writing this case like a story. You’d be easily mistaken to think it was a non-fiction but the sad reality is that it isn’t. The author handled the topic of mental health really well in this account. Very intriguing read!
