yayy for Book influencer friends who give me ARCs that would have never been on my radar. This was a stunning contemporary fiction/romance in the style of Sally Rooney, Morgan Rodgers and Bryan Washington that is equal parts about love, grief, desire and moving forward. It's beautifully written, with dynamics and characters that leap off the page to you, and I need it to be an indie film immediately.
