absolutely incredible. i underlined atleast one thing every page to stunning descriptions, quotes that spoke to me or even humour that she adds in which elevate the reading experience. she puts so much feeling into written thoughts, some that tend to be fleeting but opens them up in such a tender, empathetic yet powerful light. my first woolf and definitely not my last.
i would talk about this so much more but it’s one better experienced for yourself. i listened to the audiobook alongside reading the physical book and i highly recommend it!
Lock up your libraries if you like; but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt, that you can set upon the freedom of my mind.
