During a mission to save a little girl our main character's form a new love relationship which also means a new level in their coming of age.

Some appreciation for including a new character with a prostetic leg. Having Crystal realise she has to say no even to her best friends. Seeing Emma's strong efforts pay off.

But the realistic part of me is slightly annoyed by the heroine's recklessness. But that is smth we have to deal with in every book or else we would get nowhere with a story.

Minor issue I also have is with the voice actor and the audiobook quality. (Official audiobook purchased) The sound distance changes amd even the voices and to my brain that can get confusing bca all of a sudden the same character has a different accent or tone.
And some parts are abrupt where it seems something is missing.
