We follow Charlotte, a british girl who was dumped a few weeks ago during her semester abroad at New York. On top of that, her flight to London is cancelled and now she's stuck at the airport on Christmas eve. Charlotte sees Anthony Cute name!, our second MC and POV, being dumped that day by his (ex) girlfriend. They end up going over New York following the 10 steps for getting over your ex they found on a book.

This is not exactly a bad book, is just...boring and not for me. I feel 15 years too old for it, maybe I'd liked it when I was a kid. Or maybe I just wasn't in the mood.

I didn't care about the plot or characters, both felt too plain and uninteresting.
And it was yelling INSTA-LOVE! <-- not a good thing
