This was a cute book. It started off a little slow like the first book & had me skimming a few pages to get a ling with it. I must say the Penelope was more likable than her sister Persy (who the focus was on in the first book). Pen is the protagonist in this sequel & I really enjoyed the Ireland setting. The plot seemed darker than the first & the formidable Lady Keating was a worthy adversary. I also like Niall a lot. Overall great sequel. Neither this or the first book are the greatest books ive read, but it was a fairly quick, light read.
