Irish is a Standalone, second chance mafia romance with MCs >30. It's spicy with the audiobook is duet style with Maxine Mitchell and Joe Arden.
This wasn't a 5 star for me because the Mafia plot had a lot of build up that very quickly ended and the angst/tension could have been a smidge more. Then the last 45mins - hour of reading, although wrapping up plot points, felt slow until the last couple pages. Still a great standalone.
Tropes:
🔫Mafia Romance
💞Second Chance
😵Touch Her & Die
Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️.5
Trigger Warnings: domestic abuse, child abuse (flashbacks), rape, - not performed by MMC.
