Red Hot Winter by K Webster

5.0

I always forget how much I love K. Webster’s Taboo Treats whenever I’m away from them for too long and then I’m like surprised when I pick up the latest one and I love it something fierce. Really, I shouldn’t be surprised at all because it’s K. Webster and her ability to craft and tell a story is amazing, but I’m a freak, so what can you do? Anyway, moving on, I absolutely adored Red Hot Winter, I loved it from the very beginning and that love just grew the whole way through. The last couple of books I read have been ones I’ve enjoyed, but they just couldn’t compare to a series that I recently finished and I was a bit worried that I was going to land myself in a slump, but Red Hot Winter really disabused me of that notion — it was just fan-flipping-tastic!

I got such a kick out of reading Red Hot Winter pretty much from the very beginning. It made me laugh out loud, it entertained me, and tugged on my heartstrings. I loved Winter and how sassy, strong, and feisty she was and I loved August and his gruffness, but also how supportive and protective he was. Their relationship was sweet and fun and hot — it and the whole book was just wonderful. I can’t even tell you how much I loved Red Hot Winter, I couldn’t get enough and it left me with such a warm, happy, good feeling.
