This Time Tomorrow by Emma Straub

Interesting premise, intriguing details and a Daisuke ending.
I listened to this book and I think the narrator's snide teenage version voice annoyed me. I nearly stopped reading multiple times. A few times I retread sections in an ebook that I wanted to absorb more fully.... the voice in my head was much more comfortable.
There were a couple glitches in the matrix.... like the first time Alice reopened and reached for her phone. She unlocked it with the same password she had set when she was 14. Hmm. Her 16yo self didn't yet have a cell phone!
The cumulative lessons learned and final acceptance was a pleasant ending.... rereading it at the end pulled at my heart.
