Literally, I have been in a reading slump, and this book has taken me 21 days to finish. The longest I have taken to read a book this year.

I read this book for the prompt "A book with a game in the title."

The length of time I took too read however wasn't a reflection of the book, just that my heads pace hasn't been into reading.

Joanna and her family move into their new house in her husbands old hometown of Ravensbrook. Joanna loves her new house until she finds out that it once belonged to the Murphy family who’s daughter Lily went missing when she was 3 years old. Lily was never found and has always been presumed dead. But what really happened to Lily! Joanna starts to play detective herself in a dangerous but unstoppable investigation.

The book is well written in 2 timelines present day and 1985 when Lily disappeared.

There are a lot of characters to get used too but everyone falls under suspicion as Joanna gets closer to the truth.

The ending tied up all the loose ends, and this was a brilliant, well written book with very unexpected twists.
