These books are difficult to describe. It's like having a conversation with someone and hearing things you've thought before, but never admitted to anyone, and being relieved it's not just you. It's strong characters that draw you into a seemingly simple story that seems ... small and insignificant, but it's also important and wise. I would say these are emotional and nuanced and the audiobook, as ever, is super. Can't wait to read more.
