First book was 5 stars for me, but I don’t think I was in the mood for the sequel so soon - very dense, was  hard to follow at times. I might need to re-read again sometime to fully enjoy. 

(I hated the cover; TW for pet loss in very descriptive/graphic scene I ended up skipping)
