Interesting exploration of a character - I feel like, despite the author's apparent intention to give Lavinia depth beyond her cursory role in the Aeniad, she is still defined here primarily in relation to all of the men (her father, her husband, her son, her brother-in-law). I wanted her to be more than that, but maybe it was the point. She couldn't escape the bounds of her story.
