The Legacy of Luther Strode by Justin Jordan

1.0

More rote and uninteresting than the second book. I literally read this just to say I read it all, and really feel like I got nothing out of the deal. Tired, trope-y, and uninspired. The character of Luther is, by this volume, devoid of interesting qualities, as he's traded his personality for a pseudo-spiritual monkishness that rings hollow and false. Petra is literally just Tank Girl. And every other character introduced serves no purpose other than someone else to fight. Fights that are, by this installment, played out.

Seen it all before.
