Remember to Love Me by Becky Wright

4.0

Remember to Love Me is a timeslip, paranormal romance, which sounds like a complicated mix, but the author takes all of these elements and weaves them seamlessly into a story that *works*. It manages to carry a deep sense of innocent yearning along with its darker tones.

The theme of love and family loyalty is paramount in this story, and the bonds between the characters, both past and present are clearly felt. I read this in January but it would be a perfect December read as part of the book revolves around Christmas.

I especially liked the setting, that was very visual, and although I don't know Bury St. Edmunds, this made me want to explore the ancient historic beauty there.

Well done, Ms Wright, for delivering a debut novel that is both rich and entertaining.
