Another masterpiece by Elizabeth K. King that I devoured in nearly 1 sitting.
This is my second favorite of the series so far after Rotting Beauty. Many of my favorites characters returned from the first book and I loved seeing more interactions between them. We also got lots of lovable new characters (emphasis on Castel.) I loved the bonus chapter at the end that gave us more insight into his behavior and background. I hope we hear from him again.
This book was far more emotional than the others, which I loved. I'll admit there were 2 scenes that had me trying to hide my tears in public. So excited for more adventures in this world.
