I enjoyed it but like the Cassie Palmer series, there was so much action that it lurches from one over the top fight to another in a way that makes it almost a chore to read. Don't get me wrong, I love a fast paced read with plenty of action but there also need to be some in between scenes so we have time to process what is happening in the story and that is missing from this one.
