I really enjoyed this thriller. The first chapter was just phenomenal and it kept getting better and better. In the end things started to not make sense.
How did the physician that made the autopsy miss such obvious signs? A normal person could have seen that the death of a certain person didn't happen that way. And don't get me started on the issue with the police officer. You mean to tell me that there is only one person entrusted with an extremely important document for a high profile case? I call BS.
So in that regard the book gets 2 stars for me. The fact that I still rated that book 3.5 stars is only because of my entertainment. I was hooked from the first chapter and couldn't put the book down. All throughout my reading journey I kept wondering who did it and what exactly happened. I certainly didn't see it coming, which is mainly because the ending is just too far fetched. So, if you want a thriller with a coherent plot that actually makes sense and doesn't spiral out of control, this is not for you.
