Well I loved the first book and this one a little less. I was super surprised by the enemies-to-lovers in the second half of the book and it helped me push through the middle because that was kinda uninteresting. It might be because I was never invested in Briony? and Isobel.

I do wish the end had been a bit more descriptive of what each of the survivors are up to, especially Alistair and Gavin but I'm still happy how it ended.
