Marry Me Tomorrow by Carla Burgess

1.0

I can’t remember the last time I disliked a book this much.

Firstly, there was so chemistry, did they fall in love? Because I can’t remember where it happened. They argued and were highly uncomfortable for the most if it. Other than the physical attraction, it just seemed like he was there so that was enough?

Her friend was horrible and just a likeable character.

I’m sorry but all this because they’d thought maybe her dad could have become homeless? It wasn’t a good enough reason to let a stranger into her house and for most of it she resented her dad anyway. It just felt like an unnecessary addition to the plot.

There were SO many parts that were just repetitive and I would have preferred if the author set out scenes in which maybe the insecurities became obvious. Instead of just saying it, over and over again.

I found this book really hard to finish, because I was so incredibly bored.
