Really atmospheric and I'm interested to see where it goes from here?

Also if you're someone who needs content warnings, please seek them out-- the gore is pretty obvious from the get go, but then something else I was expecting went that direction so! Take a care.

The Horizon is an account of two kids wandering after (war? genocide?) a slaughter that kills so many people around. We don't know the details in volume 1, just that many are dead and many will keep dying. The sketchiness of the art makes for great atmosphere, especially how it changes in the more dramatic moments.

Even knowing this started as a WEBTOON i haven't seen it there, so I think I would prefer the formatting in the physical edition rather than how the ebook for the ARC was laid out.

Thank you to NetGalley and Ize Press/Yen Press for the ARC borrow in exchange for this honest review!
