I discovered this book when looking for one to fulfill a reading prompt for fan fiction. I loved that it was Supernatural inspired, but finding out that it was centered around the Mothman legend made me really excited.
Being from West Virginia, I was brought up around the legend of the Mothman and the history of the deadly Silver Bridge collapse. I thought the author did a really great job of taking this legend and making it her own with an original storyline.
On top of being a paranormal thriller, there was also a romance element with a
male/male relationship with a freinds-to-enemies-to-lovers vibe.
Overall I enjoyed the story and it was a great choice for heading into spooky season.
