Interesting to see transness through the ages. This is definitely not a happy book, but I think it displays the hardships of being trans well. It was nice to also read some bits of gender euphoria.

The format of this book is very innovative and diverse. It is, however, a bit of a pity that it is not clear what parts are fiction and what is history. Still, I overall think this book is a good choice for everyone wanting to learn about what trans people have to face every day, how things have changed over time, and how they haven't.
