Did another quick listen to Blood of Elves after reading the first two books and it definitely helped clear some things up and I knew who the characters were already.

I had no idea this was a series until recently and finally got my hands on the first book. Fantasy/sci-fi isn't my usual go to genre but it was a nice change of pace and I enjoyed listening to it. Just like GoT you really see how many little details they leave out of the show. I like that they stayed on script and hopefully the show will be easier to understand now.
