O Jogo do Anjo by Carlos Ruiz Zafón

4.0

I liked "The Shadow of the Wind" so much that I just had to read another story in it's universe.
This time, we are taken to the 20's in Barcelona, long before the events of the first book.
Once more, the characters were captivating and the descriptions and dialogues on point. For me, the story line wasn't as interesting as the first one, but was still intriguing.
My favorite parts were the crossovers with the "The Shadow of the Wind" references, and I absolutely loved Isabella, my favorite woman written by Zafón so far.
Will definitely read the next one as well.
