Mysterious and tense turning into laughable and annoying. I didn’t like Ava at all, her thoughts made me roll my eyes quite often as did some events that just didn’t make sense. This is my second Tess Gerritsen, the first book I gave 5 stars but this one I just can’t give more than 2.5, rounded down to 2. As another reviewer stated: was this book written by somebody else??
