I will say that there came a certain point in the book that I thought I wouldn't finish simply because the smutty scenes weren't hitting quite right and the character relationships were starting to feel icky but I powered through it and it ended up being worth it.

I loved that each of the male characters had a certain thing about them that made them unique as both a person and as a sexual partner. Marian wasn't my favorite female protagonist but I still appreciated the journey she went on in terms of sexual liberation and coming to terms with her lack of control.
