Starts strong and then loses some steam, but does have a pretty satisfactory conclusion. Compared to Turf Wars, Ruins of the Empire does a much better job of showing Korra and Asami as a couple without making their relationship the center of the story. I like seeing more of Wu, as I'm a fan of his character.
