4.5

Listi takes the reader through his life in small moments rather than broad strokes and the reader comes to know him and his family so well because of it. How beautiful is that, that we can know someone better from the way they talk about how a singular moment made them feel rather than the events of their life in general. It’s incredibly vulnerable. This book truly lives up to its title, absolutely floored me.
