Quick review since I finished this over a month ago.
Not exactly a literary masterpiece, but extremely engaging action/thriller story. It has a little to do with politics, the intelligence community, etc. but is infinitely more readable than, say, a Tom Clancy procedural. The characters had sort of basic motivations and other than the main character aren't super well fleshed out. But definitely a fun and quick read.
