Did not finish book.

I waited too long to read this. If I'd read it when it first came on my radar several years ago, I might've enjoyed it more (and actually finished it). Instead I found myself arguing constantly with the authors' not-particularly-nuanced arguments that needed a great deal of privilege checking. Ah well.
