The Story of Arthur Truluv by Elizabeth Berg

3.0

This was a very sweet novel. I think the only reason I didn’t enjoy it more was simply because it was very similar to A Man Called Ove and I liked that book better.

But Truluv was a dear! As someone who appreciates the lives of those who came before, I enjoyed the focus on how lives can change and evolve when you least expect them to. We can define our lives, and be remembered for it even once we’re gone.

This was a short, sweet story, and a perfect foil to some of the darker stories I’ve been reading!
