Strange Fruit, Volume I: Uncelebrated Narratives from Black History by Joel Christian Gill

informative inspiring fast-paced

4.0

My only gripe with this book is that I read it as an ebook and it’s simply not designed for one’s phone or other e-reader. The text was hard to read at the beginning, and I wasn’t able to magnify it very well and still enjoy the art. Suffice to say, this should be enjoyed on paper. Informative and entertaining, Gill has created a work of art (literally!) that should be on shelves across America in places where we learn history.
