the writing felt very juvenile; author left nothing to imagine about the characters but explained their bad habits and how that made them bad people. the writing was just not for me. it was entertaining though. i finished it in a day and toward the end, although i disliked some of the choices made, it was a kind of on-edge thrilling read that i did enjoy a little.
