Winning with Underdogs: How Hiring the Least Likely Candidates Can Spark Creativity, Improve Service, and Boost Profits for Your Business by Gil Winch

5.0

This book has left me with an overwhelming sense of purpose and justice. The statistics are mind-blowing, and large corporations need to adopt the Links managerial style in order to create a more inclusive, caring, and ethical capitalist economy.
My 4 years of studying Economics and Psychology degree were both brought to the test for this read, and I enjoyed every second of it. The work that CY does is admirable, and all other companies need to take note. An important and powerful community mission that we all must take on as our own.
The value of underdogs has yet to be globally recognised, and this book is one of the first steps.
