There's Someone Inside Your House by Stephanie Perkins

3.0

This is what happens when you mash up a romance novel writer and the horror genre. The results are....interesting, I guess. One time there's blood and splatter and gory scenes and next page they're making out? Like Anna (from Anna and the French Kiss) got a machete and fullfilled her long time dream of starring in real life American Horror Story. You get my point. The killer was revealed too soon also, and his motivation wasn't convicing. In any case, this book was engaging and I can't help but applaud Stephanie Perkins for that. As far as I'm concerned, it only took me a day to finish it
