i didn't think I’d cry at a Christmas novella but here we are 😭
they were so sweet together. i laughed so many times at their bickering. they were the perfect mix of snarky, competitive banter/bickering. this was my first chloe liese book and i don’t think it’ll be my last! I knew she had lots of disability rep in her books and i loved to see that even in a christmas novella! (type 1 diabetes, autism and neurodivergent rep)
the bookseller coworker rivalry was SO good 🤭 i just kept giggling and straight in my christmas feels with this book. novellas don’t really do it for me but this was great!!
