This novel was so beautifully written that I don't think I can find the appropriate words to do it justice!

Receiver of Many was my first Greek mythology retelling, and I'm extremely thankful it was. I absolutely adored this book, the characters, the world building, absolutely everything about this novel, which was perfect!

This novel tells the story of Persephone and her marriage to Hades, the Lord of the Underworld, and the challenges they face within their relationship, society, and amongst fellow God's.

So much research and work has gone into this novel as the world building is written and developed so brilliantly clear! Throughout the novel, the reader encounters such vivid imagery of not only the worlds these Gods rule over, but also of the characters and their emotions, fears and dreams!

Rachel Alexander has written characters that I hate with every ounce of my soul, to characters I would literally die for! It takes a great author to evoke those feelings so strongly in a reader.

Everyone who is a fan of Greek mythology needs to read this novel! I've already recommended to so many and I cannot wait to continue with the series!!

(Also the smut and Hades, *chef's kiss*)
