Girl of Nightmares by Kendare Blake
5.0
Just for the record, I’m not a fan of ghostbuster/paranormal stories.
I came into this book as a devoted fan of Cass and Anna, unsure of whether it’ll be a great read like Anna Dressed in Blood. I admit, I read it more because I felt like I have to. But Blake warmed me up with its interesting mystery, just like she did in Anna Dressed in Blood. And by the end of it all, I’m once again a fan on her feet, crying out, “Brava!” for a satisfying conclusion to the story. There were even tears in my eyes, no kidding.
