This book is almost the exact same as Greek Gods except it has different stories. It was fun and Percy Jackson as the narrator really made it it’s own. The stories are delivered in a way which is fun and readable for all audiences and issues like misogyny and racism from the original stories are pointed out making this book suitable for a modern audience.
This book is very much the same thing over and over again and reading it straight after the Greek Gods made it feel especially long and repetitive. It wasn’t that I was necessarily bored while reading, more just that I wasn’t excited to pick up the book and could easily put it down at many moment.
Overall I liked this book. Love learning about greek myth with Percy Jackson and I had a good time. Probably don’t read this and Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods back to back. 4 Stars.
