So Into You by S.E. Harmon
4.0
I enjoyed book 2 in this series pretty on par with book 1. This book had dual POV, which I like best. It had plenty of snark and steam. It's also about Drew whose character was great in book 1. It's his turn to find love and it happens to be with someone whose abandonment issues rival Mac's. Noah is a screenwriter from Hollywood who will doing a 2 month long ride along stint with Drew in order to get info for his new script. Neither man is happy with the arrangement.
The unhappiness lessens when they realize they enjoy each others company. With a little prodding on Noah's end ,he convinces usually monogamous Drew to live a little wild and start a no strings fling. HAH yeah right. First of all, I don't remember flings spending so much time together outside of the bedroom or intimately cooking for one another. No matter how hard Noah tries to keep it casual it just isn't. Drew tries his best to follow the lead, but inevitably who he is wins out and he ends up falling for the wayward Noah. Noah falls right back, it just takes him a bit longer and also our classic separation. It ends like book 1, with a HFN situation. 4 stars
