A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas

Did not finish book.
This is the first book I've ever DNF-ed, and oh Lord, is it a foul one.
I just can't put up with this anymore. I think this series just made it to my top worst.

- Rhysand is portrayed as a "good" guy because he "saves" Feyre yet again, because he totally didn't sexually abuse her in the previous book.
- Feyre is one of the most annoying characters I have ever read about, always complaining and acting all miserable. God forbid you wear a dress, Feyre, GOD FORBID. She's also such a Mary Sue??? (and if I hear her complain about her "sharp cheekbones" ONE MORE TIME-)
- How is this YA? Have you seen those sex scenes? AND IS "MAKING LOVE" ALL THAT MATTERS IN A RELATIONSHIP HERE??
- This magic system is confusing as hell - and if I get reminded one more time of how "powerful" Rhysand is, I'm going to throw something out the window.
- TOXIC. MASCULINITY. EVERYWHERE.
- I can't take Rhysand's fake feminism, honestly.
- IS SOMETHING EVER GOING TO HAPPEN, OR ARE WE GOING TO CONTINUE FROLICKING IN THE SPRING COURT OR NIGHT COURT OR WHEREVER THE HELL FEYRE GOES??

Definitely not how I'd wanted to start my year. I'm so frustrated and annoyed, and possibly the only thing that could fix this is a memory-erasing spell, but seeing as I'm yet to be accepted into Hogwarts, I'll settle for a fluffy book.
