This was fine.
We get 3 POVs in this book: Asha, Hemalo, and Claire. I really didn't care for Asha and I'm still pretty 'meh' about her. Hers and Hemalo's story didn't make me feel much and I skimmed a lot of it tbh. Like, why did we spend so long reading about Asha trying to feed Metlaks? I get she cared for the kit because she lost hers but why did it drone on for so long?
I liked it because we're moving forward with the story so for that I still give it a -> 3/5
